- Click [Cancel Order] to continue.
- Click [Cancel Order] again to confirm the cancellation.
Please note that orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been shipped or has been picked up by the carrier (even if the tracking information has not yet been updated), cancellation may no longer be possible.
