If your Wi-Fi network is hidden or does not appear in the available network list, you can connect manually by adding the network information yourself.
Steps to Manually Add a Wi-Fi Network:
1. Press the Settings button on the remote to open Quick Settings, then select All Settings.
2. Go to: Network & Internet > Add New Network
3. Enter the Wi-Fi network name (SSID).
4. Select the appropriate security type.
- If you are connecting to a mobile hotspot, select: WPA/WPA2-Personal
5. Enter the Wi-Fi password to complete the connection.
Notes
- Make sure the Wi-Fi name (SSID) is entered exactly as configured on the router.
- Wi-Fi names and passwords are case-sensitive.
- Hidden networks must be entered manually and will not appear in the available network list automatically.
