If some apps can access the internet while others cannot, manually configuring DNS may help.

Steps
1. Press the Settings button on the remote control to open Quick Settings, select Wi-Fi.
2. Select the connected Wi-Fi network. Record the current IP address.
3. Open IP Settings.
4. Change: DHCP → Static
5. Enter the recorded IP address.
6. Enter the gateway address.
Example:
- Device IP: 192.168.31.162
- Gateway: 192.168.31.1
7. Leave Network Prefix Length unchanged.
8. Set:
- DNS 1: 8.8.8.8
- DNS 2: 8.8.4.4
9. Save the settings and test network connectivity again.
