Try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check sensors
Ensure the sensors near the front lens are not blocked.

2. Go to:
Settings > All Settings > Projector > Keystone > Keystone Settings
→ Turn off Intelligent Obstacle Avoidance
3. Reposition the projector:
- Distance: ~2 meters from the wall
- Environment: dim lighting
- Surface: flat white wall
- Avoid large-angle side projection
- Ensure most of the image falls on the same surface
4. Perform a factory reset:
All Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory reset
This will erase all data—back up important files first.
5. If the issue persists:
Run Keystone Calibration
