System Update - OTA
I. Operation Procedure
- Navigate to the System Update interface via: Settings ---> System ---> About ---> System Update.
- Wait on the "Checking for update" screen.
- When the screen displays "System update ready", click "Restart now" on the right.
- The update will begin. Please wait for 3 to 10 minutes. During this time, the projector screen will be black, and the fan will be running.
- The system will automatically restart and enter the home page.
- You can verify the system version number via: Settings ---> System ---> About ---> Software Version. If the version is 1.4.163, the update was successful.
II. Precautions / Tips
- During the update process, please do not disconnect the power, press the power button on the unit, or press any buttons on the remote control to avoid update failure.
- During the update, a black screen, the fan running at full speed, and a solid power light are normal phenomena.
- After the update is complete, the projector will automatically restart and the screen will light up, indicating the update is finished.
DLP Update - USB
If you did not install the DLP firmware released on December 17, 2025, you may upgrade directly to this DLP firmware version after updating to software V1.4.163. It will override the previous DLP firmware.
Note:
- Before upgrading the DLP firmware, please make sure that the system firmware has been updated to the latest version (v1.4.163).
- If you are not sensitive to the rainbow effect, it is recommended that you do not need to perform the DLP firmware upgrade.
I. Operation Procedure
- Power on the projector. Navigate to Settings--> System --> About --> Software Version to confirm the system version is 1.4.163. (An incorrect version will cause the update to fail.)
- Prepare a USB flash drive, formatted as FAT32. Download the DLP firmware update file from the following link:

- Place the file directly in the root directory of the USB flash drive (The root directory is the first folder you see when opening the drive.) Do not place it inside any folders. Please note: do not unzip or extract the file; simply copy the downloaded file as-is.
- Insert the USB drive into the projector's USB 3.0 port (noted by its blue color)
- Wait for the update pop-up window to appear. Read the update instructions.
*The displayed DLP Firmware Version on your screen prevails.
- Select "Confirm" to start the update. The fans will run at full speed and the noise will increase. This is normal.
- Wait for the light engine to update. This process will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes. During this time, a black screen, the fan running at high speed, and a solid power indicator light are normal phenomena.
- The projector will automatically restart, the screen will light up, and it will enter the desktop home screen, indicating a successful update.
II. Precautions / Tips
- Ensure the update file is placed in the root directory of the USB drive. The USB drive must be formatted as FAT32. (The root directory is the first folder you see when opening the drive.)
- During the update process, do not disconnect the power supply, press the power button on the device, or press any buttons on the remote control, to avoid update failure.
- Remove the batteries from the remote control during the update to prevent accidental button presses.
- Please keep the USB drive plugged into the projector during the update.
- During the update, a black screen, the fan running at high speed, and a solid power indicator light are normal phenomena.
- The update duration is relatively long, approximately 15 to 30 minutes.
- Once the update is complete, the projector will automatically restart and the screen will light up, indicating the update is finished.
- If after 40 minutes the screen remains black, the fan is NOT running at high speed, and the indicator light is NOT solid, do not touch the device and contact customer support immediately.
- If the feature "Anti-RBE" does not take effect after completing all the above steps, please restart the projector.
