Possible causes & fixes:
1. Check sensor
- Ensure the sensor below the lens is not blocked
2. Restart the projector
- Power off
- Unplug for 30 seconds
- Reconnect and power on
3. Factory reset
- Go to: General > Factory Reset > Delete Everything
