Steps
1. Press the Settings button on the remote to open Quick Settings, then select All Settings.
2. Navigate to: Privacy
3. Select Voice Assistant. Turn Voice Control Off.

Note
After Voice Control is disabled, pressing the microphone button will display:
"Voice input is off."
