Press any button on the remote and observe the indicator light in the center of the Power button.
- If the indicator does not light up:
The batteries may be depleted or installed incorrectly.
→ Replace with two new batteries and ensure correct polarity (+/-).

Step 2: Re-pair the remote
If the indicator lights up:
1. Turn on the projector.
2. Place the remote within 10 cm (4 inches) of the device.
3. Press and hold “Back” + “Home” simultaneously until the indicator flashes.
4. Wait for the confirmation sound (“ding”) to complete pairing.
Note:
If pairing fails, the remote will exit pairing mode after 30 seconds. Repeat the steps if needed.

Step 3: Pair manually using a USB keyboard (advanced method)
If standard pairing fails, use a USB keyboard as a temporary control:
1. Connect a USB keyboard to the projector
- Enter key = OK
2. Navigate to:
Quick Settings > All Settings > Remotes & Accessories > Bluetooth
3. Clear all existing Bluetooth pairings
4. Select Pair accessory
5. Press and hold “Back” + “Home” on the remote until the indicator flashes
6. Select “XGIMI RC” from the Bluetooth device list to pair
