Try the following troubleshooting steps:

Ensure the front sensors are not obstructed.
2. Reposition the projector:
- ~20 cm distance
- Dim environment
- Straight projection onto a white wall
3. Perform a factory reset:
All Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory reset
This will erase all data—back up important files first.
