HDMI color range
If the colors displayed through an HDMI connection look incorrect, you can manually adjust the HDMI color range.
1. Switch the projector to an HDMI input.
2. Press the Settings button on the remote to open Quick Settings, then select All Settings.
3. Go to: Signal Source > HDMI Settings.
4. Select Color Range.
5. Select the desired color range.
Available options:
- Auto — Automatically selects the appropriate color range based on the current HDMI signal.
- Limited — Uses a brightness range of 16–235, which is commonly used for video content.
- Full — Uses the full 0–255 brightness range, which is typically recommended for PC connections, especially when displaying graphics and text.
Tip: If you are unsure which setting to use, select Auto. The projector will automatically match the color range to the incoming HDMI signal.
