Put on MemoMind One and press the glasses button five times in succession to enter Bluetooth pairing mode again.
While in Bluetooth pairing mode, the orange indicator on the glasses flashes.
Open the MemoMind App that you have downloaded and installed on your phone. The app will search for MemoMind One. You must allow the permissions requested by the MemoMind App.
Once MemoMind One is found, tap Start Pairing.
After pairing is complete, the Setup Guide will start.
Some steps in the Setup Guide require you to perform actions on both your phone and the glasses. Follow the instructions shown on each device.

- Once MemoMind One enters Bluetooth pairing mode, use the MemoMind App on your phone to search for and connect to the glasses.
- Do not pair MemoMind One using the Bluetooth settings in your phone's system settings. If you pair the glasses through the phone's Bluetooth settings first, the MemoMind App may display Device Not Found. If this happens, remove the glasses' pairing record from the phone's Bluetooth settings, close the MemoMind App from the phone's recent apps screen, and reopen the app. Then pair the glasses only through the MemoMind App, making sure that MemoMind One is in pairing mode.
- If you have been trying to pair MemoMind One for some time without success, the glasses may have automatically exited pairing mode to save battery power. Simply press the glasses button once to wake the glasses and start the pairing process again.
- If none of the methods above work, you can perform a full factory reset of MemoMind One. Put on the glasses, press the glasses button four times in succession, and then press and hold the glasses button. A notification will appear on the built-in display indicating that the device is being reset. Once the reset is complete, start the pairing process again.
