How do I switch between Dashboard components on MemoMind One?

Put on MemoMind One and press the glasses button once to view the Dashboard.
Press the button again to move through the Dashboard components in order.
After displaying the fourth component, press the glasses button again to return to the first component.
The Dashboard can display up to four components.
