If Idea Notes is displayed in the navigation bar, tap an empty area on the page to open the management page. If you have multiple Idea Notes, you can also tap View all to open the management page.
On the management page:
- Tap the input field at the bottom to enter text and create an Idea Note. You can also press and hold the input field to enter a voice note. Release the input field when you finish speaking to save the Idea Note. To cancel voice input, slide the finger holding the input field upward.
- Tap the search icon in the upper-right corner to search titles and content.
- Tap the share icon in the upper-right corner to export your "Idea Notes" data; This will export all content associated with your current account. The exported file—in HTML format—includes both your original text and the AI-generated summaries, and you can share this file with other applications once the export is complete.
- Swipe left on an Idea Note to pin or delete it.
On the management page:
