On the script page, tap Start at the bottom.
On the teleprompter preparation page, you can either press the glasses button once to start the teleprompter or tap the play icon in the MemoMind App.
During a speech:
- Glasses: The display shows the current time, speech duration, speech progress, and script text. Press the glasses button once to pause or resume the speech. Press and hold the glasses button for 2 seconds to end the speech.
- Phone: The MemoMind App displays the script title and text, current teleprompter mode, speech duration, and speech progress. Tap the pause/play icon to pause or resume the speech. You can also press and hold Hold to End in the MemoMind App to end the speech.
- Glasses indicator (Memo Memory off): The indicator remains off, including when using AI Follow mode.
Tap the Settings icon in the MemoMind App to configure additional teleprompter settings:
- Font Size: Choose Large or Small.
- Line Width: Choose Wide, Medium, or Narrow.
- Teleprompter Mode: Choose AI Follow (supports Chinese and English only and can be used without an internet connection), Auto Scroll (scrolls at the selected speed from 70 to 600 words per minute, in increments of 10), or Manual (swipe the phone screen manually to control scrolling).
- Bluetooth Third-Party Accessories: The Up and Down buttons on Bluetooth third-party accessories that support the HID protocol can be used to scroll the page. This works only when the teleprompter page is in the foreground and the screen is on. Manual Scroll must be selected.
- Volume Key Page Turn: Enable this option to use the phone's volume buttons to scroll the page. The teleprompter page must be in the foreground with the screen on.
- Display: Configure a dedicated display distance, height, and brightness for the Teleprompter page. Auto brightness cannot be enabled from this page.
Note
- The feature may not work reliably when the MemoMind App is running in the background. We recommend keeping the app in the foreground with the screen on.
- AI Follow cannot currently be started while the MemoMind App is running in the background. Open the app before using this feature.
- Only Auto Scroll supports use when the phone screen is locked.
