How do I edit a translation record in the MemoMind App?

After translation is complete, tap the record to open its details page.
- AI Summary: Displays the title, time, tags, and AI-generated full summary.
- Original Text: Displays all recognized original text and translations.
Tap the "..." menu in the upper-right corner to select Regenerate Summary or Delete.
- Tap Regenerate Summary to have AI generate a new summary based on the original text.
- Tap Delete to delete the translation record. Deleted records cannot be recovered.
