MemoMind App requires certain permissions to provide and maintain MemoMind One's features.
Open the MemoMind App > Settings > Permissions to view the permissions required by each feature.
- Battery Optimization: To prevent the system from restricting MemoMind App's background activity, set the app to Unrestricted or Allow High Background Usage under your phone's battery management settings.
- Location: Used only when you use features such as weather or navigation that require location access.
- Bluetooth: Used to connect to MemoMind One and provide Bluetooth audio. MemoMind does not access other devices or information without authorization.
- Contacts Permission: Used to improve contact recognition for call-related features. MemoMind does not access your contacts without your permission.
- Microphone: Used only when you use features such as translation, captions, voice assistant, recording, or Memo Memory that require audio input.
- Calendar Synchronization: Allows MemoMind to read your calendar events and display relevant calendar information on the glasses.
- Allow Notifications: Allows MemoMind to receive and display important service notifications and updates.
- AI Authorization: Used to process data required for AI chat, audio transcription, translation, Memo Memory, and other AI-related features.
Note:
- The permission settings may vary depending on your phone manufacturer and operating system.
- On Android phones, we recommend locking the MemoMind App in the background app management settings to prevent the system from terminating the app.
