2. Swipe left to open the sidebar, then select Settings.
3. Select Memo Lab > OpenClaw Config.
4. Turn OpenClaw on or off.
First-time pairing
When connecting to OpenClaw for the first time:
1. Enter the Gateway WS URL and Access Token.
2. Tap Test Connection to initiate the handshake.
3. Approve the device pairing request in the OpenClaw Control UI.
4. After pairing is complete, the Device Token is obtained automatically. You will not need to approve the device again for subsequent connections.
5. Once connected, MemoMind One can receive node.invoke.request commands.
Tip: If the connection is rejected with NOT_PAIRED, sign in to the OpenClaw management console and approve the pending pairing request under Device Management.
What can I do with OpenClaw?
When OpenClaw is enabled, conversations started by pressing and holding the glasses button are handled by OpenClaw instead of Memo AI.
- MemoMind's cloud service no longer processes these conversations. They are handled directly by your OpenClaw instance.
- Conversation responses from OpenClaw are displayed on MemoMind One.
- Because the conversational AI is provided by your OpenClaw instance, you can configure your preferred AI model provider in OpenClaw.
Note: OpenClaw only replaces the conversational AI service. This does not mean that all MemoMind AI features can operate independently of MemoMind's cloud services.
How do I switch back to Memo AI?
1. Open the MemoMind App.
2. Go to Settings > Memo Lab > OpenClaw Config.
3. Turn OpenClaw off.
You do not need to restart the glasses.
If the issue persists, open the MemoMind App home page and test an AI conversation using the input field at the bottom. You can also go to Sidebar > Feedback, select Upload Logs, and submit your feedback to Customer Support for further assistance.
