Solution:
1. The glasses may automatically exit pairing mode to save power. Press the glasses button once to wake them up, then try pairing again.
2. Make sure the orange indicator on the glasses is flashing, indicating pairing mode.
3. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the phone is not connected to an excessive number of Bluetooth devices.
4. If the issue persists, perform a forced factory reset. Put on the glasses, press the button four times in succession, and then press and hold the button. Wait for the reset notification on the display to appear and the reset process to complete, then pair the glasses again.
