You can restore the glasses to factory settings in either of the following ways.
Method 1: Using the glasses button
1. Put on the glasses.
2. Press the glasses button four times consecutively, then press and hold the glasses button to start the factory reset.
Method 2: Using the MemoMind App
1. Open the MemoMind App.
2. Swipe left to open the sidebar and select Settings.
3. Select Device Info.
4. Select Factory Reset and follow the on-screen instructions.
A factory reset clears locally cached data stored on the glasses.
Your existing recordings, calendar data, idea notes, wishes, moments, navigation addresses, and related historical settings are synchronized with your Memo account and are not deleted from the account by resetting the glasses.
