If you have a Memo+ membership redemption code:
1. Open the MemoMind App.
2. Swipe left to open the sidebar, then select Settings.
3. Select Membership Redemption Code.
4. Enter your redemption code to activate the membership.
Note: The redemption code consists of an 18-character combination of uppercase letters and numbers.
