Solution:
1. Captions require microphone permission. Make sure the MemoMind App has permission to access the microphone.
2. Make sure you have opened the correct Captions feature and selected the correct language.
3. Mandarin Chinese and English support Offline Mode. Other languages require AI-based transcription and cannot be used offline. Make sure the phone has a stable network connection.
4. Switch the audio source in the MemoMind App, such as between the glasses microphone and the phone microphone.
