To register the warranty, you can follow below steps:
1)Please login your account if you need to register your product. The account login can be accessed on the right side of the header, or you can click on 'Warranty Registration' at the bottom of the page. If you don't have an acount, please creat your account first.
2) Go to Products and click "Add"
3) Register your product with requested details. The 12-digit number can be found on the bottom of the machine (For MoGo Pro+, Halo, and Halo+, you may need to open the bottom cover to find the SN.)
If you failed to activate the warranty, please contact the XGIMI Customer service team.
