Your Serial Number (SN) is a 12-character alphanumeric code that starts with two letters.
You can find it in the following locations:
1. On the device
Located on the barcode label at the bottom of the projector. You may need to open the bottom cover if using MoGo Pro+, Halo, or Halo+.
2. In the system settings
Go to Settings on your device to view the SN
3. On the product packaging
Printed on the barcode label on the outer box
